Where can I read reviews?
While many people think GPB is only for reviewing restaurants and bars, we have many more categories of business types that users can check. They can pretty much have experience either locally or with whom they interact.
What is the best way to write a review?
The best reviews are characterized by being very personal and exciting. They give a whole story, information, and even a few constructive tips for other buyers.
Reflect on your most recent experience with a business: could you include details that would help future consumers like yourself?
- Describe your favorite (or least favorite) dishes at your neighborhood restaurant.
- Discuss an experience you will return to (or will not) in the next few years.
- Highlight an employee who went out of their way to make your experience memorable.
- Include recommendations for the best arrival time, parking spots, and locations.
- Indicate why you would use this service again (plumber, company, caterer, contractor, etc.) on your next project.
How can I express my opinion?
Try to keep the comments accurate and reflect your authentic or personal experience. Opinions such as "the food is the best" are valid, but speculation or exaggeration such as "they probably use unicorn meat in their tacos" are not. Hyperbole or speculation will be removed. We should be proud. We learn from every review we get and use it to improve our products and services.
