Global Professional Business (GPB) aims to connect your business worldwide. Our services have been designed to promote and grow business for all our members by allowing thousands of companies to get to know each other. I talked about businesses and ideas with you and found ways for your business to grow and expand by letting you do direct marketing.

GPB Stands for Global Professional Business

You are subscribing to this agreement with Global Professional Business (also referred to as "we" or "our"). Residents outside the United States by entering into this Global Professional Business agreement. You will be responsible for any personal data you provide to our services and any data collected, processed, or connected. These terms and conditions apply to members and visitors. If you are a visitor or member, you may register for our services. Your data will be collected, used, and shared by this Privacy Policy and any changes to it. This includes our Cookie Policy and any other documents mentioned in this Privacy Policy.

Service Terms

We offer you websites, applications, services, and content from globalprofessionalbusiness.com when you agree to comply with these terms and conditions and use, share, and store your personal information. By registering, accessing, or using our services listed below, you agree to enter a contract with Global Professional Business (even if you are using our services on behalf of the company). If you are not satisfied with this agreement, you may not use Global Professional Business:

This Agreement applies to Global Professional Business brand applications (GPB) learning and other Global Professional Business-related sites, applications, communications, and other services that you represent are offered under this Agreement ("Services"), including limited website data collection for those services, such as our advertisements and add-ons. Users subscribed to our services are "Members" who choose a plan, and users who do not have a plan are "Visitors."
Global Professional Business offers websites that allow online access and profiling services. Other consulting services to help companies grow; all services provided by Global Professional Business under different names and trademarks and related brands of visibility of your business and "Direct Marketing," which we collectively refer to as Global Professional Business in this Agreement. Global Professional Business can change, update, or remove any offer, feature, or content without telling you or being responsible for you.
In this Agreement, (a) the term "you" means the person (or entity on behalf of which you operate) who is bound by these Terms of Service; (b) the term "content" means any data in your profile, information such as your website URL, text that contains information about your business, such as name, description, telephone, email, address, and schedules; creating the advertising content of your employees by offering our members considerable space to fill within the limit provided by Global Professional Business, our partners, and users; and (c) the term "collaborators" means our users, third-party vendors, licensors, and business partners who post content, including any profile and listing, in Global Professional Business. These Terms of Service are a contract between you and us and tell you how to work with us. Some subscriptions, purchases, products, services, and content that Global Professional Business offers may be subject to other rules.
You are welcome to review any additional terms. You'll be able to see it when you utilize these products and services. If you disagree with the other terms, don't register with Global Professional Business. Google, Inc. offers map capability for various services in Global Professional Business. You agree to be bound by the Google Map Terms of Service, available at http://www.google.com/help/terms_maps.html.

A Summary of Our Terms:

Global Professional Business provides GPB's suppliers and affiliates (already "we" or "us").
These Terms of Service consist of the terms below, our privacy policy, and any supplemental terms that our suppliers, contributors, or we may apply to a specific feature, product, or subscription you may purchase from us.
These Terms of Service have the same legal effect as a written agreement.
We may change these terms at any time, and such changes will take effect after we post notice of the changes.
We may change or discontinue any Global Professional Business (GPB) feature.
You agree to pay us for your requested purchases and subscriptions
We grant you the right to access the use of Global Professional Business (GPB). But it is not allowed to access "Global Professional Business" or its computers, servers, or databases to "extract data" from our data.
You cannot sell or reuse Global Professional Business (GPB) services and databases. If you want to, you can get permission in writing.
When you use Global Professional Business (GPB), you must follow these rules and applicable laws.
You will own the content of your publication in Global Professional Business (GPB). You grant us the right to use and reuse content you post to Global Professional Business (GPB). We own all compilation rights on our website and services.
We give you Global Professional Business (GPB) "AS IS" and don't make any promises about it. This is all we can do for you.
You agree that we may send text messages to your mobile device at the same number listed in your registration. If you change your phone number, please notify us immediately.
This agreement: is based on California law, and you agree to settle any disagreements in Orange County, California.
Global Professional Business (GPB), in its sole discretion, reserves the right to suspend or cancel your service use for any reason and at any time. Such termination of the service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your account or your access to your account and the immediate filing or deletion of all data in your account. Global Professional Business (GPB) has the right to refuse service to anyone at its sole and absolute discretion.

Changes

We may make modifications to this agreement. We may modify this agreement, our privacy policy, and our cookie policy from time to time. Yes, we make any significant changes to the Agreement and notify you through our services or other means to allow you to review the changes before they take effect. We agreed that the changes should not be retroactive. If you do not agree with any of the changes, you can close your account or write to us at help@globalprofessionalbusiness.com. If you keep using our services after we post or send you a notice that these terms have changed, you agree to the new terms that have come into effect since the original terms went into effect.

Obligations

Eligibility for Registration

Registration is optional. However, you must register with us to use all our features and services. We will open an individual member profile account when you sign up for Global Professional Business (GPB). If you open a membership account, we will allow you to choose your membership plan and use other global business features. To register for Global Professional Business, you must meet the following requirements:

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to accept these terms of service.

You must complete the registration form accurately and currently.
You agree to keep your information up to date.
You are required to always follow this agreement’s rules.
If you sign up on behalf of a business or other entity, you must have permission to act on behalf of that business or entity.
Creating an account with false or other people's name information violates our terms.
We are not liable if you have not updated your information and we cannot reach you. By gaining access to and signing up to use Global Professional Business (GPB), you warrant and represent that (a) you are legally able to enter into the Agreement and perform your obligations thereunder; (b) you have the power to require your principal or employer company to register on your behalf; and the security of the person you selected is your responsibility. (c) provides information that is true, full, and current.

Our Account

It would help to keep your password secret; you will not share your account with anyone else. You must respect applicable rules and legislation. Members are account holders. You agree to: (1) use a strong password and keep it confidential; (2) not transfer any part of your account (for example, contacts); and (3) comply with applicable law, our list of what is due, and what should not be done in our policies. You are responsible for everything in your data unless you close it or notify us that it is being misused. Your company is also included in your membership; your account belongs to you. But if someone else bought the services for you, please let us know immediately at membership@globalprofessionalbusiness.com so we can make the changes you need so you can use the services and control who has access to them to get reports on how you've used the Payment Service.

Your information

When you submit information about yourself, you agree that we may collect and use your information as described in our Privacy Policy at http://www.globalprofessionalbusiness.com. You agree that Google, Inc. can use the information you provide when you use the map plotting functions in GPB according to Google's privacy policy located at http://www.google.com/privacy.html; Google can track content without any problem every time you access and use Global Professional Business, so every business you find registered on globalprofessionalbusiness.com can gain position organically. You acknowledge that you have reviewed the policies disclosed in this section and agree to their terms. If you access Global Professional Business from https://www.globalprofessionalbusiness.com

Fees and payments

Global Professional Business works under the terms and conditions. PayPal is a secure platform for secure transactions anywhere in the world; after you register and select one of our Global Plans for Professional Business, PayPal will provide a quick and simple solution to receive online payments with debit cards, credit cards, and balances. Do not worry; PayPal can open your account with all the guarantees you provide to its users, Global Professional Business members, offering all their terminations and protection of their information.

Rates and Payment for Optional Services

You agree to pay the fees applicable to membership plans and other purchases you make with us. We may limit the number of promotions you may be eligible for in each period, its terms of payment, and renewal when you purchase Global Professional Business; you can also review your payment terms from time to time by visiting the "PayPal" area in Global Professional Business—providing them with accurate payment billing information. We recommend keeping your data up to date.

Every time you perform a Global Professional Business service purchase, you reaffirm that (i) we are authorized to collect your payment method designated via PayPal; (ii) we may send charges incurred under your profile for payment; and (iii) you will be responsible for such charges. You agree that we may charge your payment method for all amounts due without notice or additional consent unless otherwise required by law. If we do not receive payment through your designated payment method, you agree to pay all amounts owed upon request; all payments are made individually, or we may combine your charges with other purchases in Global Professional Business. You agree that any shipment you make for electronic purchases constitutes your intention and agreement to be subject to the terms and pay for such purchases. Global Professional Business (GPB) can change, add, or remove any service aspect. Subscription services will remain available during the subscription period and will not be available after. Every part in the name of itself and its affiliates now disclaims all implied warranties, including, without limitation, satisfactory quality, merchantability, and fitness for any purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services and services of the provider are provided "as is." Global Professional Business does not guarantee (a) the appearance and location of any ad or ad, (b) the level of results you will obtain from the service, or (c) that the service will meet your requirements. The Terms of Service for Global Professional's Business are incorporated by reference and made a part of these terms. This includes, but is not limited to, terms about liability and compensation limits, current law, and where the business is located.

Notices and messages

You agree that we will send you notices and messages through our websites and the contact information you provided: email and mobile phone. If your contact information is not up to date, you may not be able to receive these important notices. You agree to keep your contact information up to date.

Property

We own all rights on the Global Professional Business (GPB) site; the users are owners of all the content of the personal data you provide to us and the aggregated content, data, limited text, layouts, pages, banners, URL data, your company's websites, trademarks, logos, and names; we have all intellectual property rights over the code, organization, and structure of our limited databases that we provide in the publication table, including its architecture, presentation, sorting, and sorting. You do not obtain other rights to Global Professional Business or other content. You agree to provide us with only the information and content you have the right to and that the information in your Global Professional Business profile is accurate. You agree only to provide content and information that does not violate any person's law or rights (including intellectual property rights). You also agree to provide accurate information in your profile. In some countries, the law may say that a Global Professional Business must take down certain information or content.

Authorized Uses

Global Professional Business (GPB) services are licensed for their content, not sold. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable contract space to access and use Global Professional Business and content, subject to the terms and limitations. Any use beyond this limit is prohibited. You can create a profile only in your name or on behalf of your company. Unless otherwise stated in the additional terms, the content you purchase on a computer device is under your sole control. You may only use such content (1) to display it internally for internal and external business purposes and (2) to cite and extract excerpts from it. You may also create a hard copy of such content for internal use, and you can continue to distribute the hard copies. We do not authorize any other access to or use of Global Professional Business that is not expressly stated in this Agreement. Promotions can only raise banners with a maximum of 5 images and audio. Referring to the video, you must send it to help@globalprofessionalbusiness.com. After it is approved, Global Professional Business will upload it. It’s your company; there is considerable space to fill within our limit. Our collaborators and users will be notified if we change our plan promotions; we recommend that you keep up to date with our written information.

Unauthorized use and access

Neither directly nor indirectly, nor through a third party

It is not permitted to copy, scrape, track, extract, record, add, sell, retransmit, distribute, translate, or do derivative works from Global Professional Business, its databases, content, your usernames, or passwords.
Exporting or re-exporting if Global Professional Business products, services, or software infringe on any export laws or restrictions of the United States.
Violate the agreement provisions.
You infringe on someone else's privacy, intellectual property, or other rights.
Break any rules or laws that may be in place.
Frame our websites, pages, or other material with frames.
It's not permitted to create any number of profiles or user IDs.
Offer assistance or services to any other party trying to break the terms of service.
We are not allowed to utilize our data, customer information, or content to communicate with customers or other parties in bulk or through other means.
Without our permission, use our trademarks, logos, or trade names to solicit new clients, allude to a relationship between you and us, or make claims about Global Professional Business or us.
Demands for excessive amounts of traffic on our computer networks; human or automated attempts to access Global Professional Business without authorization; or harming, hindering, or assaulting Global Professional Business
Get beyond any safeguards to stop the unauthorized duplication or distribution of the content.
Make an effort to extract any source code or concepts from any Global Professional Business by reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling it.
Take down all notices referencing copyright, trademarks, or other property rights.
Non-personal to any person, business, or entity, including our company, staff, and representatives.
Create profiles of third parties without their express consent; purposefully or inadvertently deceive others.

Responsibilities

Everything on your membership account is your responsibility, including any legal problems brought on by you or another person using your profile. You are not permitted to share your password or grant others access to your profile. You are not allowed to send spam or unsolicited mail using content that has been obtained. You are in charge of keeping your profile information, including all passwords, private. Your orders for changes to (GPB) (edits, adjustments, or additions to the data and information you get through (GPB), including those made by your agents and representatives, will be your complete duty, and you will take full responsibility for them. If your account or profile is compromised, or any devices, such as a mobile device that holds your data profile, are lost or stolen, we are not liable. You oversee immediately informing us if your data profile has been compromised.

Restrictions on Liability

Global Professional Business, one of our contributors, disclaims all responsibility for any incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of Global Professional Business. Any claim of lost data is subject to these exclusions. We and our suppliers' liability in that state or jurisdiction are constrained to the extent permissible by law. You acknowledge and agree that our contributors and we are not responsible for the use or trust of GPB by third parties as a result of their inadequacy and failure to conduct their business, unique, and consequential data, including, without limitation, data loss damages, whether due to negligence, strict liability contract, under the statute, in equity, in law, or otherwise. This agreement extends to any third party who indirectly uses your content. The total price you pay for Global Professional Business services in the upcoming two months will in no way be more than our total liabilities or contributions to you for any claims involving the use of such services.

Liability Limitation

Our contributors' liability policies do not cover indirect damages, consequential incidents, or copies resulting from your use of Global Professional Business; incidents, significant incidents, or documents resulting from your use of Global Professional Business are not covered by our contributors' liability policies. Any claim for deleted data must comply with these exclusions. In that state or jurisdiction, our providers are only liable to the degree authorized by the law. You understand that our contributors and we are not responsible for the unique and consequential data, including, without limitation, data loss damages, whether due to negligence, strict liability contract, or otherwise. This agreement extends to any third party who indirectly uses your content. Your total payment for Global Professional Business services over two months will never be more than our total costs or liabilities to you for all claims related to your use of these services.

Use of content

Global Professional Business provides content "AS IS," and your use or reliance on such materials is solely at your own risk. We offer the range for general information purposes only. This content may be provided by us, our contributors, or our members. Please do not imply that our partners or members have endorsed or verified any Global Professional Business content. Global Professional Business Is Not Designed to Provide Personalized Investments or Other Regulated Professional Advice. Nothing contained in Global Professional Business should be construed as providing (a) a request, recommendation, endorsement, or offer to buy or sell securities or other financial instruments, or (b) a recommendation to any specific individual or business that any value, portfolio of securities, securities, transactions, or investment strategy is suitable for you or anyone specific. As collaborators, we are not liable to you or any third party for any user's integrity, accuracy, reliability, completeness, timeliness, legality, or applicability of any content posted or transmitted from another mode. We do not endorse the opinions expressed by any user. We reserve the right but assume no obligation or liability to you or any third party to pre-select, review, mark, filter, modify, reject, or delete any Global Professional Business Content that violates this agreement at our sole discretion.

We acknowledge that, in our sole discretion, we may, but are not required to, investigate, and take appropriate technical, legal, and equitable actions against anyone who violates this Agreement, including terminating your membership account and reporting such content, and conduct, or activity to law enforcement. We may access, keep, or share the information you give us, including user content when we have a good faith belief that it is necessary to: (i) protect or defend our legal rights or property and those of our contributors or their employees, agents, and contractors (including compliance with our agreements); (ii) protect the safety and security of users from Global Professional Business or members of the public, including acting as a law enforcement agency; or (iii) protect the safety and security of users from Global Professional Business.

Backups

You are solely responsible for backing up any content you store in any area of Global Professional Business. We are not responsible for losing any data or content you choose to keep in Global Professional Business (GPB).

Your Representations

By submitting content to Global Professional Business (GPB), you (a) represent and warrant that your content is authentic and accurate and that you have obtained permission from your chosen plan to publish the materials to Global Professional Business; (b) that you have the authority to post such content and that such submission will not violate any trade secrets, confidential information, or securities law; and (c) if your content contains the name, image, video, or audio of another person, you represent and warrant that you have obtained permission from that person to publish the content.

Services for a premium subscription

This premium subscription to Global Professional Business (GPB) may vary. It is exclusive to owners of businesses and marketing organizations. These premium subscription services will be subject to terms, conditions, and additional user limitations for such services. You agree that you are bound by these terms when signing up for these premium services. We provide links below to the terms that govern our current premium subscription service offerings. We can group several products into different subscriptions. You can choose which included services you want to purchase when you place an order with us. If the promotions have expired, you are left with the premium subscription, which is non-refundable and can be canceled at any time by you. The advantage of premium subscriptions is that I could keep the offer of the special price of your subscription in the long term and require long-term commitments, such as three years or more. Such plans cannot be canceled during the period and are not refundable. All premium subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel them before any renewal dates. We may modify and change these offers at any time.

Disclaimers and descriptions are required for premium services.

A credit card is necessary to set up the Premium Business List for a monthly or yearly period set up the Premium Business List for the monthly or annual period; a credit card is necessary. All Premium Listings for Businesses must adhere to the Global Professional Business standards and be geographically and thematically appropriate. The Global Professional Business team must approve all Premium Business Listings and reserves the right to refuse any application.

Depending on the plan selected for your firm, Global Professional Business reserves the right to determine whether, where, and how a listing is displayed. The Premium Business Listing Service does not offer refunds on any of its costs.

The first term will automatically renew for successive terms of one month or one year (the "Renewal Term"), with the monthly or yearly fee being charged to your credit card at the start of each renewal term. You must cancel before starting a new term to cease using this service.

You can stop using this service any time before beginning a renewal term. Suppose Global Professional Business doesn't finish differently after the cancellation. In that case, Global Professional Business doesn't finish differently after the revocation; your Premium Business Listing will continue operating until the end of your first period or renewal. Let's say you want your Premium Business Listing to be deleted before the initial term or the end of the renewal term for which you have already paid the monthly or yearly price. You acknowledge that Global Professional Business won't be compelled to reimburse any portion of the charge.

AD TERMS

These additional terms govern your subscription to and usage of the Global Professional Business ADS. You accept these conditions by signing up with GPB Ads.

Depending on your plan, you can subscribe to Global Professional Business Ads monthly or annually.
Subscriptions automatically renew on the anniversary date of your subscription. You can cancel your subscription before renewal by contacting Skype Global at 949-478-0844 customer service or by emailing at Cancellation@globalprofessionalbusiness.com.
You can only purchase subscriptions on your behalf or on behalf of your company.
You will pay all charges you incur with Global Professional Business Ads on funds available immediately. You agree to provide a valid payment method for Global Professional Business Ads and keep this information up to date.
Payments must be made in advance. These rates are non-refundable. Payments are due on the anniversary date of your original order.
You authorize your payment method with PayPal online. The PayPal system is secure and simple to use, and when we eventually add other payment options, we'll let you know when they're added in the payment section. After that, we'll give you a choice of payment options that will be guaranteed and dependable for your subscription to the plan you've chosen; all you have to do is register with us for your publication.
Ads for Global Professional Business are subject to change at any time under our supervision.
We do not allow or accept advertisements that (a) violate applicable laws or regulations, (b) violate the rights of third parties, including the copyrights or trademarks of others, (c) is misleading or inaccurate, or (d) promote (i) counterfeit products, (ii) dangerous products or services such as weapons or recreational drugs, (iii) products or services that allow dishonest or illegal behavior, (iv) obscenities, (v) beverages, (vi) gambling-related products or services, (vii) certain health-related products or services regulated by law, (vii) certain tobacco and similar products (e.g., e-cigarettes) regulated by law, or (viii) other products or services that we deem in our sole discretion to be inappropriate or offensive.
When submitting content or information, you must adhere to our character restrictions, quality requirements, Global Professional Business Terms of Service, and other ad rules.
At any time, we may alter such content with our policies and these conditions or reject, remove, or modify it entirely at our sole discretion
We do not guarantee (a) the appearance and location of any ad; (b) the level of results you will get from Global Professional Business ads; or (c) that Global Professional Business ads will meet your requirements.
You give us a non-exclusive, transferable, fully paid, worldwide license (in the event of the sale or other change of control of your business). For your Global Professional Business advertisements, we grant you perpetual, irrevocable rights to use, copy, publish, distribute, syndicate, reformat, and update (for example, to improve accuracy and standardize formats) all of the listing content, as well as all trademarks and brands connected to your company.
You certify that the material and trademarks you intend to use in your global professional business ad are yours to submit without restriction.
You guarantee you have all the rights to submit the content and trademarks you want to use in your Global Professional Business ad.

Cancellation Policy

All Global Professional Business subscriptions are set to automatic renewal. Customers are charged for their subscription renewal date unless they call Skype at 1-949-478-0844 or WhatsApp and Telegram at 1-949-748-0339 three business days before the renewal date to continue or stop service.

If you cancel a subscription, the service will remain active during the subscription period of 30 days if you return, and if not, it will be canceled automatically. Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds of goods, shapes, lists, or reports that have been used owing to the information and services sold. We can’t guarantee that the information available through this service is accurate, complete, or updated but is provided to the user "as is." Please read all the available information about a product and our terms of service before placing your order.

Please note that we are available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. PT.

Disclaimer Warranty Liability

Global Professional Business (GPB) provides "as is," "with all defects," and "as available." Global Professional Business is used at your own risk; our partners make no guarantees about Global Professional Business or its content. To the extent permitted by law, we waive Global Professional Business (GPB), whose content is tradable, of satisfactory quality, accurate, appropriate for a particular purpose or need, timely, reliable, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the results you can get from Global Professional Business. We do not ensure that Global Professional Business will comply with your requirements. We do not guarantee that you will be able to access or use Global Professional Business at the times or locations of your choice. Any oral or written information or advice our representatives provide does not create any guarantee.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Global Professional Business at any time, without cause and prior notice. Your right to use Global Professional Business will cease once your service is completed, and any data you store in Global Professional Business may not be available later. We can work with law enforcement and third parties to investigate a possible crime or civil wrongdoing.

Indemnity

At our request, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us and our employees, contractors, officers, and directors harmless of all responsibilities, claims, and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from the use or misuse of Global Professional Business. At our own cost, we reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to your indemnification. You will cooperate with us to enforce any available security.

Electronic contracting and notices

You agree to transact with us electronically. You agree that these Terms of Service affect a written agreement. You also agree that we may send you electronically any privacy notice or other notices, terms, disclosures, reports, documents, communications, or other records related to Global Professional Business (GPB) (collectively, "Notices") or anything related to your use of Global Professional Business. We may send you electronic notices. (1) via email to the email address you provided during registration, and (2) via text message if you opted in to receive mobile alerts. You can withdraw your consent to receive notices electronically by canceling or discontinuing. info@globalprofessionalbusiness.com You can review these terms at https://www.globalprofessionalbusiness.com. Our terms and other information are designed for access through most current Internet browsers. On mobile devices, we are working to offer them mobile app services. If you wish to print a copy of the Services Term, your device must access a printer that can print web pages from the print function of your browser’s Internet. Also, note that "printing" features on many devices and browsers will allow you to save a copy of the terms as a "note" or "PDF" file on your device.

Full Agreement

This agreement and any terms, policies, rules, and regulations published in Global Professional Business constitute the complete agreement between you and us. If any part of this agreement is invalid or not applicable, that part will still be in full force and effect if it is in line with the law.

LOCATION FOR DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Allocation

We may assign this contract at any time without notice. You may not give this contract to anyone else.

We respect the intellectual property of others, and we ask our collaborators and those who post on this site to do the same.
